The whirlpool incident with my son was shocking. the lifeguard was inattentive, and we faced a significant medical situation. It overshadowed our family's holiday experience.

Excellent location for Concordia University

During my stay, I found the room spacious and clean, which made my time relaxing. The nearby bus stop made it easy to get around, and I enjoyed trying the Montreal style bagels from a nearby bakery. The hotel offered many services to make the stay convenient.

Some staff members were a bit unwelcoming upon arrival. Also, the hotel could benefit from more traditional printed information for guests to find out about amenities.

Request an early housekeeping service if you plan to rest in the afternoon. it can be quite late otherwise.

had a fantastic stay at the holiday inn! the location was perfect, just a short walk to many restaurants and the metro. we had a spacious corner room with huge windows that let in lots of light. the staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay even better!

Had a lovely time relaxing in the indoor pool and enjoying the heated spa. The room was very comfortable with a great view, though it would’ve been nice to have more lounge seating for two. Overall, I'd say it's a solid choice if you’re looking for a cozy getaway! 😊

The hotel's location was excellent for exploring the city, particularly for our visit to Concordia University. The pool was an unexpected highlight where we had a lot of fun, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. However, the bathroom could use a bit more attention, and the parking fee, while worth it, adds to the overall cost of the stay. We had a comfy stay for 2 nights! The location is super central, making it easy to explore shops and cultural spots. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant was good, but I wish they offered breakfast included in the price.
